Per the orders issued by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham on March 19th, the Columbus Village Library staff will not be reporting to work. For now, you will not be able to check out items or make copies at the library.

All overdue fines starting March 1st are cancelled, and no new fines will be placed.

The free WiFi will remain on at the library for public use.

You can still check out electronic books and audio books using your library card. Get the free Libby app from the Play Store, or on your Kindle go to nm.overdrive.com. Open the app and look for New Mexico Library To Go, then find the Columbus Library. Use your library card number and password (the last 4 digits of your phone number) to log in. Use the free wifi at the library to download the items you want! They will disappear off your device after 2 weeks.
